VISION
Gothenburg faces a challenge comparable in size with the industrial revolution; to become a sustainable city.

The Super Sustainable thinktank now presents a vision for a sustainable Gothenburg in 50 years.

Super Sustainable City takes its starting point in an investigation conducted by the Göteborg municipality; “Göteborg 2050”. In this investigation the goals the city must reach to become a sustainable city are set out. Super Sustainable City takes these facts as a starting point to propose a physical image of a sustainable Gothenburg. We show ideas and visions in the form of models, images, texts and movies.

Super Sustainable is a think tank initiated by the architects Joakim Kaminsky and Fredrik Kjellgren. It is composed by a growing team of engaged persons from all over Europe. Super Sustainable investigates, promotes and develops sustainable design solutions of all scales; from small gadgets to city planning. We want to lead and discuss the sustainable evolution.
