VISION
An attractive living near the sea with the nature close to the houses. The dwelling will be energy efficient with environmentally friendly materials and low housing costs.

WITH THE STONE MASONERY AS A STARTING POINT
The proposal is inspired by the qualities of the existing stone masonry. The variety of building types, materials, the sloping ceilings, the human scale and the majestic pine forest are all values that is reinterpreted in the modern version of a well-integrated neighborhood with a strong individual character.

VARIATION AND HUMAN SCALE
Each house has its own shape which gives a varied field of volumes. The building blocks brakes into smaller volumes which give a human scale and connect to the nearby villas.

WITH PINE TREES AS YOUR NEIGHBOUR
Pine forest derived from the old sand boxes will continue to dominate the plot. The height of the buildings are lower in the upper part of the area while it is allowed to be higher in the low-lying area. The unique location near the sea and the suggested narrow towerblocks allows the vision through the field and some sea views from both new and existing development.

NEW CONNECTIONS
The land retains its character of natural land where the original forest with stones, meadows and stone walls are preserved. Narrow paths covered with flour and stone are surronded by patios with benches. Walking paths are public and create new links between Svanhalla Road, Bergtall road, Prince Bertil's path and the sea. This helps further to integrate the new buildings in the surrounding area.

PRUDENT AND QUALITATIVE APARTMENT
The apartments are compact and rationally planned while they have great architectural qualities. All apartments have windows in two or three directions and a balcony or patio, often with sea views. All apartments provide access and can be accessed by wheelchair from the parking lot. In two of the houses, you can even take the elevator directly from the garage. All apartments have ample storage in the home, washing and drying ability and an external storage in the building. The external repositories can be accessed via the elevator. Much emphasis has also been put on the line of sight in the design of the apartments.
The varied apartment size and number of floors in the houses should provide a broad group of buyers. Most apartments are 2-4 rooms but there are a number of room apartments that can suit the first home and three exclusive duplex apartments with magnificent sea views for those with a taste for that little extra.


BEAUTIFUL FLOWING FORMS FOR PLAY
We believe in a single play and recreational area that address the needs of all ages. The area becomes a place for meetings between young and old, residents in the area, as well as joggers and walkers of Prince Bertil's path. Here you can meet at the playground, the exercise machines or at a boule tournament.
