Great news!

KKA has won an architectural competition to design the new school “Kollaskolan” in Kungsbacka. The school is to be built as a passive house and have an area of approximately 7500 m². It will host 360 students from the 6^st to the 9^th grade. The competition was made in collaboration with school expert architect Anna Törnquist. The new school will complement an existing school as the wider area of Kollastaden is built.

Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture have been invited to exhibit their project the Tower of Nests at the Regional Museum in Stalowa Wola, in Poland, as part of an exhibition exploring the creative possibilites of wickerwork and other natural materials. 

Blurring the boundaries between modern design and technology with traditional crafts, the exhibition showcases a fascinating range of international architects' and designers' work.

The exhibition is open from 27.04 .2012 – 06.10.2012

Situated in an old castle the Ryman Resort & country club has a truly unique setting. We are proud to announce that KKA has been selected to renovate the building and design its new interior. The hotel holds approximately 40 rooms and is situated close to the Polish Baltic sea coastline.

The design will combine influences from the main attractions off the area; golfing, hunting and race cars!

We are happy to announce that KKA has been selected as architects for the prestigious task of expanding the Öijared executive country club golf resort with a hotel and conference building.

The design work has already commenced and building is scheduled to commence early 2013.

The new building will include approximately 40 hotel rooms and a 200sqm conference area and will be set in an extraordinary environment with beautiful views of the golf course and the surrounding forests. Its closest neighbour will be the Öijared club house designed by Gert Wingårdh and winner of the prestigious Kasper Salin award in 1988.

In this first episode of the program will feature projects that received awards in The International Architecture Awards (organized by Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design).
