KKA has been shortlisted at the international exhibition TRÄ 2010 (WOOD 2010). The exhibition will start at the Virserum Museum in Sweden.

..."Virserum Art Museum has been arranging Sweden's biggest exhibitions on wood and wood architecture since 2004. The next exhibition is in 2010 - WOOD 2010. During the course of preparing for this exhibition the notion of sustainability has been an ever-present topic"...

Our first passive type house is now finished. When we tested the airtightness in a blowdoortest we got apleasent suprise, a new Swedish record! The result was 0,038 l/sm² at 50 Pa. The Swedish passive house standard is 0,3 and the previous record was 0,07.

Welcome to the vernissage of our new book! The book describes the process behind the building from winning the competition to the finished result. Christer Malmström has written the preface and Kalle Sanner has taken the images. At the vernissage Kalle Sanner will also exhibit a number of his images of the restaurant.
